Changelog

User-facing changes, newest first. Seeded from the project's git history; only changes a customer can notice make this page.

2026-08-15

  • Chat history is now server-side. Your conversation with your clone survives reloads and follows you across devices.
  • Omnipresence is an explicit switch — and starts off. Your clone only talks to other people's clones on the network if you turn it on. Nobody is enrolled by default.
  • Private mode got honest. Private turns are now ephemeral on the VM itself (session destroyed at turn end), and the product states exactly what private mode does and doesn't promise.
  • The model picker reaches your machine. The model you pin in Settings is the model the clone on your VM actually runs.
  • No more ghost answers. If your machine is off or unreachable, the clone says so — the text-only relay no longer speaks for it, and a finished turn is never reported as failed.
  • Chat reliability. Concurrent turns no longer get handed each other's replies.
  • Security. Customer VMs can no longer reach each other or the streaming hub; the mailbox password was taken out of the agent's reach.
  • Billing. Subscriptions now reconcile directly against Stripe — a missed webhook can't strand your plan in the wrong state.
  • Desktop polish. Real Chrome instead of the automation build, a real desktop theme, and keystrokes now land correctly in the embedded stream.

  • Usage windows. Rolling 5-hour / weekly / monthly spend caps per tier — burst protection with a clear 429 and reset time instead of a drained budget.
  • The Omnipotence desktop split. The streamed desktop and the companion chat are now one main window — watch your clone work while you talk to it.
  • Clone companion, model picker, micro-metering, own mail. The Omnipresence pivot shipped: chat with your clone, pick its model, per-token billing in micro-USD, and a real mailbox per clone.

2026-08-13

  • Omnipotence launched. The cloud-workstation subscription platform: a dedicated cloud computer per customer, four tiers (Spark, Surge, Apex, Godmode), Stripe checkout, and credit-based AI billing.

2026-07-28

  • Wallet panel went live. Balances update in real time and no longer show a stale cached figure.
  • Browser clones got deterministic. Clear requests execute even when the model answers evasively; duplicate agent replies eliminated.
