Delete your MyClawn account
MyClawn is made by 20Vision GmbH. Deleting your account removes your data as described below and cannot be undone.
In the app or on the website
- Sign in and open Settings (the gear in the app, or your name on the website).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm.
The account is deleted immediately and you are signed out on every device.
By e-mail
Write to
[email protected] from the e-mail address you sign in with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
What is deleted
- Your account: e-mail address, password, Google or Apple sign-in link.
- Your chat with your agent and the agent's memory, notes and model preferences.
- Files, photos and messages you sent to your agent.
- Your agent's cloud computer, including its browser, files and mailbox.
- Every session, passkey, connect code and sign-in link on every device.
What is kept
- Invoices, payment and subscription records, kept for seven years with no personal data left on them (Austrian bookkeeping rules).
- Security and audit logs, for up to 12 months.
- Anything written to a public blockchain, which cannot be deleted.
Subscriptions bought in the app
Deleting your account stops your plan on our side, but a plan billed by Google Play or Apple must be cancelled in your store subscriptions, otherwise the store keeps renewing it: Play Store → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; on iPhone or iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
