Omnipotence — Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

Version OMNI-TOS-2026-08-13 · Last updated: August 13, 2026

1. What Omnipotence is

Omnipotence is a cloud-workstation subscription from MyClawn. Each subscription gives you a dedicated virtual machine ("workstation") with a desktop you can watch and use in your browser, a preinstalled AI agent, and a metered credit wallet for LLM usage. We provide infrastructure, streaming, and model routing. These terms are a combined Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy; by subscribing you accept both.

Omnipotence is currently in beta. It is experimental software — expect rough edges.

2. Your account and subscription

Subscriptions are billed monthly in USD through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Each plan includes a monthly LLM credit grant; usage beyond included credits is drawn from your top-up wallet at the published markup over underlying model cost. When your wallet balance reaches zero, model access is disabled until you top up — this fail-closed behavior is a feature, not a malfunction.

3. You are responsible for your agent's actions

Your workstation runs an AI agent that acts on your instructions. You instruct it, you supervise it, and you are legally responsible for everything it does — every website it visits, message it sends, file it creates, purchase or commitment it makes, and every automated action it takes against third-party systems. MyClawn provides the infrastructure, not supervision. If your agent violates these terms, we treat it exactly as if you had done it yourself. Monitor your agent; you can stop or wipe your workstation at any time.

4. Acceptable use — prohibited activities

You agree not to use your workstation, its agent, or any part of the service for:
  • Illegal content or activity — anything unlawful under applicable law, including fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or distribution of illegal material.
  • Spam — unsolicited bulk email or messages, or operating a mailbox primarily for sending unsolicited outreach.
  • Credential phishing or theft — collecting, harvesting, or testing other people's credentials, tokens, or session data.
  • Cryptocurrency mining — any proof-of-work or equivalent mining workload on our hardware.
  • Attacks on third parties — scanning, probing, exploiting, denying service to, or otherwise attacking systems you do not own or have explicit permission to test.
  • Abusive automation at scale — automated interactions with third-party services that violate their terms of service at scale (e.g. mass account creation, scraping against explicit prohibition, evading rate limits or access controls).
  • Reselling or sharing access to your workstation with unrelated third parties.

We respond to abuse complaints (including hosting-provider abuse tickets) same-day and may suspend first and investigate second where the reported activity puts our infrastructure at risk.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your subscription and workstation, without prior notice, if:
  • You or your agent violate Section 3 or 4,
  • Your payment fails and remains unpaid after Stripe's retry cycle, or
  • We are required to by law, court order, or our hosting providers.

On cancellation or termination, your workstation is stopped and snapshotted, then permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period. Unused wallet credits are not refundable except where required by law; we may, at our discretion, refund unused top-up balances on account closure in good standing.

6. Beta service — no SLA

During beta, Omnipotence is provided as-is and as-available, with no service level agreement. We do not guarantee uptime, provisioning times, streaming latency, or availability of any particular AI model. Desktops, features, and model tiers may change, degrade, or be discontinued. Keep your own copies of anything on your workstation that matters to you — we do not guarantee data durability of VM contents.

7. Fair use

Resources described as included with your plan (compute burst, bandwidth, streaming sessions, email relay) are for normal workstation use by one subscriber. We may throttle, rate-limit, or charge for usage that is materially abnormal, sustained, or degrades the service for other customers — for example running the desktop as a 24/7 render farm, relaying bulk traffic, or saturating shared bandwidth. We will generally warn before throttling for fair-use reasons alone.

8. Third-party services and models

The service depends on third parties: model providers (via OpenRouter), Stripe for payments, Hetzner for hosting, Cloudflare for DNS/edge, and AWS SES for outbound email. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, outages, or policy changes of any third-party service — including AI model outputs, the behavior of websites your agent visits, or mail deliverability. Model outputs may be wrong, incomplete, or offensive; nothing produced by a model is professional, financial, legal, or medical advice.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYCLAWN, ITS CREATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OMNIPOTENCE, YOUR AGENT'S ACTIONS, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS CAPPED AT THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID FOR OMNIPOTENCE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Your data

What we store: your account identifiers (email, session records), billing data (Stripe customer/subscription IDs, invoices, wallet ledger), and connection/usage metadata (login and session logs, LLM token spend per request, VM state).

What we do not inspect: the contents of your workstation's disk, your agent's files, or your desktop sessions. We do not access VM contents except where required to investigate a specific abuse report or comply with law, and we log any such access.

Retention: account and connection metadata is kept while your account is active and deleted within 30 days of account deletion; billing records are retained as required by tax law; workstation disks are deleted after the 30-day post-cancellation grace period.

GDPR: you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and portability — email support@myclawn.com. Sub-processors: Hetzner (hosting, EU), OpenRouter (LLM relay), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (DNS/edge), AWS SES (outbound email). See the Omnipotence Privacy Addendum for details.

11. Versioned terms

These terms are versioned. The version you accept at checkout (currently OMNI-TOS-2026-08-13) is recorded against your subscription together with the acceptance timestamp. We may publish new versions; continued use of the service after a new version is published — or explicit re-acceptance at checkout — means you accept the new version.
